Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort

Very old place and very dirty bed , sheet, blanket, towel, nothing clean even the pool While other hotel have same price but better clean room

LocationFamily orientedStaff

A bit oldConsidering the number of muslims visiting and staying in the hotel they should consider halal food options

Location was excellent. It was clean and the rooms were a good size. Pool was great. Festive for Christmas

The room is cozy and bigThe swimming pool is goodBreakfast is fineOverall it was very good

Breakfast was expensive. So we didn't choose

Price is expensive. Food is not good and small portion.

Location, staff, facilities. Every staff member played their part and made us all feel welcomed. From Bow at the pool bar, Lily in housekeeping, Sow at Lavazza and Rose at reception were all accommodating to our needs. They are happy to have a chat despite minimal English but Google Translate always helps! Plenty of activites for the kids which is one big factor and all kids enjoyed it!

Swimming pool, animation, facilities

Room was good but the A/C’s sound was very high ..

I really liked everything about the hotel — the location, comfort, and service were all excellent.

No complaints.

The location of the hotel is great and easy to access to shopping mall, restaurants and convenience stores

The sound proofing of the room needs to be improved. Can hear the sound from other rooms and it’s quite disturbing during at night

Location

No tooth paste to Combe or tooth brush.Always crowded and you hardly get a sun bed because it is not enough quantities

What did you like about the property? The location is very convenient in Patong and it is close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The pool area looks great and feels relaxing, and the whole hotel has a nice tropical atmosphere. My room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was consistent. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Claire and Rose at reception. They were welcoming and made the stay smoother and more enjoyable.

Everything was great.

out dated furniture

I LOVED THE HUGE POOL , BREAKFAST WAS DIVERSED AND DELCIOUS , ROOM SERVIES WAS NOT THE BEST BUT IT WAS OKAY, THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFY ' STAFF WAS VERY KIND

Beautiful resort. Everything was as advertised in the room booking.Lovely staff.Location was walking distance to the Main Street and shopping mall.My wife was surprised with a happy birthday decoration waiting for her and a cake to celebrate. We guess it was her passport details that gave them the date. Very thoughtful and sweet.

All was good

The pool is vast and perfect for swimming and relaxation. There is a swim-up bar. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the food was great. Staff were very friendly, and the chef would make an appearance every morning and chat to the guests. The room was comfortable, and the other facilities on-site were great (shop, bar, day spa)—a relaxing atmosphere.

Can't really think of anything we didn't like about this resort.

Staff were wonderful. We appreciated them so much! This place felt comfortable by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Facilities well maintained.

Breakfast was super hectic and crowded. People were talking across my face :( Not relaxing at all for the price we paid :(( Bed were small but comfortable.

Location , and the foam party and boxing training

The staff was not helpful or welcoming , the cleaning of the property

louction and stuff

large facility, so I have to walk a lot to reach the room noise comes from near rooms and the pool there is light insulation but not enough

Breakfast - staff - swimming pool

The location was excellent, just a short walk to Patong Beach and shopping areas. The pool was large and very enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well maintained.
